You are not locked out: most missing spins trace back to one of these seven causes.
Top up to the minimum first
Spins need a deposit of at least A$17 on the welcome offer, and the code 169JOIN has to be entered. Add the shortfall or ask support to check the payment.
Open the named slot again
Madame Destiny Megaways carries the welcome spins, so opening another game shows an empty counter. Go back to that slot through the bonus card and the count appears.
Unclaimed bonus card
A code sits idle until it is claimed in the bonus area of your account. Claim 40ROYALLUCKY there, wait for the confirmation, then launch Tome of Madness.
Before a second claim
Spins without deposit go once per player and once per household, so a second claim on a shared device fails. Support can confirm whether the offer was used already.
The numbers that decide your cashout
Spins without deposit give A$4.00 in play, not A$50
Fortuneclock Casino gives 40 spins at A$0.10 on Tome of Madness with no deposit. Plenty of players miss it: winnings are capped at A$50 and carry 45x wagering.

A 60-spin welcome batch lands here at A$0.10 a spin, with wild reels and a free spins round that stacks multipliers. 60 free spins · Welcome package · Deposit 1
Each row multiplies spins by spin value, applies the slot RTP to that face value, then applies the wagering to the expected win. Results are estimates only, not promises.
Register with your e-mail address; one account per player, as duplicates get closed. Enter your real name so it matches the documents you send later.
Where is the code field?
Open the bonus section and type the code, or pick the offer from the list. Activation windows are short, from a single day upward.
Which methods are barred?
Fund the account with at least A$17 by Visa, PayID or another listed method. Skrill and Neteller do not count towards the welcome spins.
Open the exact slot
Launch the named slot and the spins sit at their fixed value there. Another game will not show them, and the stake cannot be changed.
What lands in your balance
Spin winnings and payout limits
Six short answers covering payout, caps, phones, licence and spin value.
trustCan I withdraw what I win from spins straight away?+
Yes, once your account is verified and the wagering is met. Spin winnings sit as bonus money until then, so clear the playthrough first, then request a withdrawal of at least A$35 from your balance.
trustWhat happens when I ask for more than 300 spins?+
300 spins is the ceiling here, and it takes a VIP week at level four. Everyone else reaches far fewer: 125 at level three, 100 on Wednesday, 75 on the slot of the week or through a friend who deposits A$50.
trustWhat if I want to spin without downloading anything?+
If you open the site in a phone browser, spins work the same way and the layout adapts. Installing the app instead unlocks 20 spins at A$0.20 each on Pharaoh's Fortune, with 35x wagering and two days to claim.
trustWhen does the A$50 cap on deposit-free spins bite?+
Because nothing was staked to unlock them, so the operator shares less of the upside. On 40ROYALLUCKY you keep at most A$50 from the winnings, on top of 45x wagering and five days to finish it.
trustHow long has the Curaçao licence been running?+
Play runs under Gaming Control Board Curaçao, license OGL/2008/7319/319, held by Fortuneclock Casino N.V. That registration has been in place since 2008, with eCOGRA and Gaming Laboratories International auditing the games.
trustWhen is my A$0.10 spin actually worth A$0.10?+
A spin of A$0.10 pays a fraction of a stake that size, so 60 of them are worth A$6.00 in total on paper. At 96% return the casino expects you to collect about A$5.76, which then faces 27x wagering.

A bonus balance is not a reason to chase
Landing free spins never obliges you to keep playing or to deposit again. Fortuneclock Casino gives you deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, reality checks and self-exclusion, and Gambling Help Online, Gamblers Anonymous Australia and the National Self-Exclusion Register are there for outside support.
Self-exclusion. Shuts you out of your account for a period you choose, with no way back in until it ends.
Session time reminders. Pauses play for a short set window so a heavy session cannot roll straight on.
Deposit limits. Caps what you can put in, daily, weekly or monthly, so a deposit never surprises you.
What you keep
When your spins pay out
The fear is that spins pay nothing real, and this clears up what the money is and when it moves.
Play through 27 times
Winnings from the welcome spins must be played 27 times over before any withdrawal, and only then does the bonus turn into cash.
One check before cash
A first withdrawal waits until identity, address and payment method are confirmed, which usually takes around 58 hours on the team's side.
Cap the no-deposit win
Spins without deposit carry a ceiling: no more than A$50 leaves the account from that bonus once the playthrough is complete.
Bonus balance, not cash
Spin wins land in the bonus balance rather than the cash balance, and only the surplus left after wagering can be requested.
